Cancellation policy

Please note that, for organisational reasons, all cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation deadlines apply:

Up to 2 months before the start of the event:
An administration fee of €20.00 will be charged.

Up to 1 month before the start of the event:
50% of the participation fee, but no less than €50.00, will be charged.

Later cancellations or non-attendance:
100% of the participation fee will be charged.
